Belle maison dans un environnement calme et avec une vue imprenable

La villa est située dans le « Domaine de la Gray » aux alentours du petit village médiéval de Mons dans un cadre calme et magnifique avec une vue spectaculaire sur les montagnes et à l’horizon, la mer Méditerranée. Par temps clair, vous pouvez même voire la Corse.

La villa est située sur un terrain en pente et dispose d'une piscine et des terrasses pavées sur différents niveaux. Les grands arbres au bord de la piscine, donne sur les chaudes journées d'été l'ombre nécessaire. Sur la terrasse au-dessus de la piscine, à côté de la villa, il y a un coin salon avec une table à manger pour huit personnes.

La région est connue pour ses nombreux sentiers de randonnée et des pistes cyclables. Le domaine dispose également d'une piscine commune avec pataugeoire et une piste de pétanque. Dans le charmant village de Mons il y a un boulanger local et un petit supermarché. Il y a aussi plusieurs restaurants. Aux alentours vous trouverez plusieurs terrains de golf.

Cette villa d'architecte, qui vient d'être rénovée, se compose de deux niveaux.

Rez-de-chaussée : cuisine/salle de séjour avec cheminée et accès à la terrasse surplombant la piscine et la terrasse couverte avec table à manger. 1 chambre avec 1 lit double (180 x 200) et 1 salle d’eau avec WC et douche. 1 chambre avec 2 lits simples (90 x 200).

1er étage : 1 chambre avec 1 lit double (160 x 200) et 1 canapé-lit pour deux personnes (80 + 80x200) et 1 salle d’eau avec douche et WC. Chaque salle d’eau a le chauffage par le sol.
La villa dispose de WIFI, TV et lecteur DVD.

La villa est idéale pour les personnes handicapées et adapté pour les fauteuils roulants.
