Situé dans un domaine privé et fermé, dans le quartier exclusif de La Nartelle à l'est du centre de Ste Maxime. Le Domaine La Caladoise se caractérise par un grand parc avec la plantation vieux, ce qui signifie que toutes les villas sont très privées. De la terrasse, on a une vue fantastique sur la baie de Saint-Tropez et la presqu'île de Ramatuelle et Saint Tropez.

Typique villa provençale orientée vers le sud avec des sols en pierre et des murs de plâtre. L'intérieur est lumineux, simple et fonctionnelle et la villa est meublée par rapport à l'architecture de la maison. La piscine et la terrasse sont orientées plein sud, ce qui signifie que le soleil, la vue et la grande piscine peuvent être appréciés de l'aube au crépuscule.
