Maison de village avec petite piscine au coeur de Cotignac

Situé dans un charmant village médiéval, à distance de marche de tout.

Maison de village située au cœur du village très accueillant de Cotignac, à quelques centaines de mètres de la rue principale avec ses cafés, restaurants, boulangerie et supermarché et avec une vue directe sur la grande falaise de tuf calcaire, qui se dresse derrière le village comme un point de repère avec ses grottes et ses formations rocheuses. Cotignac est une ville animée tout au long de l'année. En été, il y a un marché en ville le mardi et si vous voulez être actif pendant vos vacances, il y a des courts de tennis et de paddle en ville, ainsi que de bonnes possibilités de randonnée et de cyclisme. À une heure de route se trouvent les Gorges du Verdon – le plus grand canyon d’Europe. Vous pourrez y découvrir des paysages magnifiques et louer des pédalos ou des kayaks pour une croisière sur la rivière.

La maison est située dans une rue sans voitures, il n'est donc pas possible de se garer devant la maison. Il y a plusieurs parkings publics en ville - le plus proche est à 200 mètres de la maison. En été, les parkings peuvent être très encombrés, vous ne pouvez donc pas être sûr de trouver une place dans le parking le plus proche.

La maison s'étend sur trois étages et dispose d'un terrain très spécial, aménagé en hautes terrasses. Depuis le premier étage de la propriété, vous pouvez accéder à une terrasse avec un coin repas et un barbecue. Un niveau plus haut, il y a une autre petite terrasse confortable et au sommet, il y a une immense terrasse avec une petite piscine et un espace couvert où vous pouvez profiter de l'ombre pendant la journée ou des lumières de la ville le soir. Malgré sa situation en plein centre-ville, c’est calme, tant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur.

Vous entrez dans la propriété par un escalier depuis le niveau de la rue. Quelques marches plus basses, vous trouverez une cuisine récente et un demi-étage plus bas, une chambre avec un lit double et une table à manger.

Depuis le hall d'entrée, un escalier mène au premier étage où se trouve un salon confortable avec accès à une terrasse dotée d'une table à manger et de chaises. Il y a également une chambre double et une salle de bains avec douche et toilettes.

Le 2ème étage de la propriété contient une mezzanine ouverte avec un canapé et une chambre double.

La ville est connue pour ses nombreux chats, et il faut donc s'attendre à ce que les chats visitent les espaces extérieurs de temps en temps.

Cette maison n'est pas adaptée aux personnes à mobilité réduite.

Veuillez noter que le logement n'est pas équipé du WIFI.

La semaine 43 2024 ne peut être louée que du dimanche au samedi. Le prix pour cette semaine est 6/7 du prix de la semaine.
