Maison de vacances située à la périphérie du charmant village de Fayence avec ses restaurants, boutiques et rues piétonnes pavées. La maison est magnifiquement située sur une route de gravier tranquille surplombant la campagne environnante avec des champs et des montagnes.

La maison est de style provençal classique avec une belle piscine et d’agréables terrasses, située dans une ancienne oliveraie. Dans le jardin il y a plusieurs vieux oliviers.

La maison se compose d’un rez-de-chaussée avec cuisine bien équipée avec accès direct au salon/salle à manger et 1 salle d’eau avec douche et WC. Au 1er étage, vous trouverez 2 chambres doubles, 1 chambre à lits jumeaux et 1 salle de bain avec baignoire et WC.

Sur le grand terrain il y a une terrasse avec un barbecue en brique et devant la maison il y a un grand parking pour 2-3 voitures.

Toutes les chambres à coucher sont climatisées.
