Superbes vues et proche de la ville et du golf

Jolie villa pour jusqu'à 8 personnes située dans un cadre verdoyant à la périférie de Montauroux. Montauroux est un charmant petit village médiéval de l'est du département du Var à la frontière des Alpes-Maritimes. Montauroux est un ”village perché” à 368 mètres d’altitude entouré par les montagnes de l'Estérel, le grand Lac de St-Cassien, le Massif du Tanneron et la Vallée de la Haute Siagne. De belles opportunités d'excursions dans des villes telles que Grasse, Cannes, Nice et Fayence, et les belles plages de la Méditerranée à Fréjus sont à seulement 28 km. Tennis et golf à proximité.

La villa est située sur un grand terrain de 3500 m2 avec pelouse et beaucoup d'arbres. Aire de jeux avec toboggan pour les plus jeunes (pas de balançoires). Devant la maison se trouve la grande terrasse partiellement couverte avec coin repas et chaises longues. De là, la plus belle vue sur le paysage vert et montagneux. Au-dessous de la maison se trouve la belle piscine entourée d'une terrasse solarium avec chaises longues et pergola.

La villa est décorée dans un style provençal et se compose des éléments suivants: cuisine, salon et salle à manger combinés, 1 chambre double, 1 chambre double avec lit superposé, 1 chambre avec 2 lits simples. 1 salle de bain avec baignoire, 1 salle de bain avec douche et WC et 1 WC indépendant.
