Situé dans un cadre calme et magnifique

Belle maison de vacances située dans un environnement calme à la périphérie de Vidauban avec une vue magnifique sur les montagnes et les prairies recouvert de forêt. Vidauban est une petite ville typiquement provençale avec tous commerces, restaurants etc. Protégé par la chapelle Ste Brigitte bâtie au sommet d’un piton rocheux de 180 mètres qui serait le cône d’un ancien volcan, Vidauban s’étale à la fois dans la partie orientale de la plaine des Maures et dans la moyenne vallée de l’Argens.

Cette position fait tout le charme de la ville et offre ainsi une multitude de paysages que le flâneur peut découvrir lors de ses promenades ou de ses randonnées : au Sud, c’est le royaume du pin parasol, des bruyères et des grès rosés ; au Nord, c’est celui du pin d'Alep, du chêne vert, et des petites falaises pittoresques des gorges de l'Argens.

La maison est située sur un grand terrain de 5000 m2 qui descend à perte de vue. La partie supérieure du jardin est très bien entretenue, tandis que la partie inférieure est plus sauvage. Ici vous trouvez également un jardin d’herbes aromatiques, que les locataires sont invités à utiliser. Au bas du jardin se trouve une petite maison rustique où les enfants peuvent jouer. Avec d’autres parties du terrain naturel, cette petite maison, à l’origine servant de maison de berger, raconte la longue histoire du terrain. La piscine est localisée devant la maison entourée d’une grande terrasse ensoleillée. Au bord de la piscine se trouve un pool-house avec toilettes et buanderie. Sur le terrain il y a également un terrain de pétanque et parking fermé.

La maison est sur 2 niveaux et contient un rez-de-chaussée avec cuisine, salon / salle à manger, 1 chambre double et 1 salle de bain avec douche, baignoire et toilette. Au 1er étage se trouvent 2 autres chambres doubles, 1 salle d’eau avec douche et 1 toilette privative.
Il y a la climatisation dans toutes les chambres et il y a des moustiquaires pour les fenêtres des chambres au 1er étage.
