Haute Vue est une belle villa située à seulement quatre minutes à pied de la place du village dans le village pittoresque de Montauroux. Cette villa spacieuse dispose d'une piscine privée à débordement d'une capacité généreuse de 50 m3. L'espace piscine est équipé d'une douche solaire et est entouré de meubles d'extérieur confortables.

Le nom "Haute Vue" est bien mérité, car la villa offre des vues à couper le souffle sur les rives du Lac de Saint-Cassien, la réserve biologique de Fondurane et le Massif de l'Esterel au loin.

L'atmosphère calme et accueillante se poursuit à l'intérieur avec un salon confortable et une cuisine bien équipée. La villa dispose de 5 chambres de bonne taille, dont 2 lits super kingsize, 1 lit kingsize et 2 lits doubles, 3 avec salle de bains, plus 1 salle de bains familiale. Il y a également une pièce polyvalente (qui peut être reliée à la chambre principale ou utilisée comme une pièce privée) qui peut être utilisée comme une chambre d'enfant, un bureau à domicile, une salle de jeux ou (avec un canapé-lit) comme une sixième chambre.

"Haute Vue" offre une retraite idyllique et constitue le point de départ idéal pour explorer les charmants villages perchés du Pays de Fayence, ainsi que les nombreuses plages magnifiques et les destinations d'excursion de la Côte d'Azur.
