Vous êtes au cœur de la région viticole des Côtes de Provence, célèbre pour ses vins rosés. Tout près de la villa, vous trouverez diverses "caves" où les vins peuvent être dégustés.

La villa est située au milieu du magnifique paysage du domaine « Les Charles ». La villa est construite sur un terrain privé de 10 000 m2 en pleine nature. Il dispose d'une grande piscine entourée d'une terrasse bien exposée avec de nombreux transats et parasols. Vous pouvez également vous détendre à l'ombre sous les grands arbres. Au niveau du jardin de la maison il y a une grande terrasse couverte et au premier étage une terrasse avec une vue magnifique sur les environs et la piscine. Parking pour plusieurs voitures.

À l’étage, il y a 2 chambres, chacune avec 2 lits simples et leur propre salle de bain - une avec douche et WC et l’autre avec baignoire / douche et WC. Au niveau du jardin, il y a 1 chambre avec des lits superposés et 2 chambres, chacune avec 2 lits simples. En plus 2 salles d’eau avec douche et WC. Une chambre a sa propre salle de bain, tandis que les 2 autres partagent l’autre salle de bain.
