Belle villa située dans un quartier résidentiel calme de Ste-Maxime, proche de la ville, du golf et de la célèbre plage, Plage de la Nartelle. De la villa, de la piscine et du jardin, il y a une vue magnifique sur la côte méditerranéenne et du Golfe de St-Tropez.

Ste-Maxime est une ville côtière animée en été. La ville offre une belle promenade, un port de plaisance, des plages de sable fin, toutes sortes de sports nautiques, une vie nocturne animée, des marchés, des restaurants et un casino. De la marina, vous pouvez prendre le ferry pour St-Tropez. D'autres stations balnéaires comme St-Raphael et Port Grimaud sont tous accessibles en conduite en 30 min.

La villa est située sur un terrain surélevé et en pente avec de la pelouse, des palmiers et d'autres beaux arbres et arbustes. Le terrain est clos et on y accède par un portail électrique avec parking pour 2 voitures. Dans le jardin, vous trouverez la grande piscine entourée d'une terrasse ensoleillée où vous pourrez vous détendre au soleil sur un transat. Au même niveau, il y a un pool house avec barbecue, frigo, bar, WC et douche extérieure. Au niveau supérieur, avec un accès direct depuis le salon et la salle à manger, il y a une grande terrasse partiellement couverte avec une table et des chaises. Dans le jardin, vous trouverez également d'autres petites terrasses et coins cosy.

La villa est à niveaux décalés.

A l’étage supérieur se trouve 1 chambre avec un lit double (180 cm), une salle de bain privative avec baignoire et douche et un WC séparé.

Un demi-niveau en dessous se trouve 1 chambre avec un lit double (160 cm).

Un beau séjour/salle à manger avec une cuisine ouverte et un accès direct à une grande terrasse.

Un demi-niveau en dessous du séjour, se trouve 1 chambre avec un lit double (160 cm) et 1 chambre avec des lits superposés. Ces deux chambres partagent une salle de bain avec douche et toilettes.

Les 2 dernières chambres sont situées à l'étage inférieur – 1 chambre avec un lit double de 160 cm et 1 chambre avec un lit double de 180 cm. Ces deux chambres ont leur propre salle de bain avec douche et toilettes.

Toutes les chambres et le salon sont climatisés.

ATTENTION! Chauffage de la piscine avant le 1er juin et après le 15 septembre, supplément de 200€/semaine en plus du prix déjà indiqué pour le chauffage de la piscine.
