Belle maison de vacances située dans un environnement privé et calme à seulement 5 minutes en voiture du charmant village médiéval de Fayence. Dans le village, vous trouverez une bonne sélection de restaurants, de petits commerces et un supermarché. Aux alentours, vous trouverez de nombreux autres charmants villages médiévaux, l’un des meilleurs terrains de golf de France, des pistes cyclables et des sentiers de randonnée et le grand Lac de Saint Cassien, aménagé pour la baignade et le pique-nique et avec toutes sortes d’activités nautiques. Les belles plages de la Méditerranée sont à 30 minutes de route.

La villa est située sur un grand terrain de 3000 m2 et dispose d’un grand jardin avec piscine chauffée. La piscine est entourée d’une terrasse bien exposée et d’une pergola. Dans le jardin, il y a aussi un parking pour plusieurs voitures et un abri d’auto. Devant la maison, il y a une terrasse avec table à manger et barbecue.
La villa est de plain-pied et comprend un hall d’entrée, une cuisine moderne ouverte, un salon/salle à manger, 2 chambres avec lit double, 2 chambres chacune avec 2 lits simples, 1 salle de bain avec toilette et baignoire, 2 salles de bains avec toilette et 1 salle d’eau avec douche.
