Provence Côte d'Azur
Provence is a region situated in the sunny south-eastern corner of France. The real Provence stretches from the perfume-city of Grasse to the east all the way to the Rhône valley to the west, and from the high Alps to the north, to the Mediterranean to the south. Even though it is not geographically correct, the French Riviera is today also considered a part of Provence. The region contains the following departments: the Bouches-du-Rhône, the Vaucluse, the Var, the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence as well as the Alpes Maritimes. Furthermore, we have decided to include the departments of the Drôme and the Ardèche in the region of Provence-Côte d´Azur, as many of our holiday homes are situated near the natural border of Provence-Côte d´Azur. ”The Green Beach” is situated in a preserved natural setting, 4 km from the small sea-port Port-en-Bessin, between Grandcamp and Arromanches on the French northern coast in the department of Calvados. The residence is situated in the heart of the prestigious golf course, “Omaha Beach Golf Course”, ranked among France’s 50 top golf courses and the top 3 Normandy golf courses. “The Green Beach” is located only 9 km from the famous Omaha Beach, where the Normandy invasion took place on D-day, June 6th 1944.”Le Green Beach” is a recently-built residence, which harmoniously blends in with the Normandy landscape: stone and plaster facades, slate roofs, wooden shutters and dormer windows. The residence has 2 heated swimming pools: 1 indoor and 1 outdoor, paddling pool and gardens, sauna, playground area, game area at the reception, petanque area, table tennis etc. The residence is particularly appropriate for young children.
