The Domaine de Fayence is situated in a 25 acre park under surveillance. The domaine is parted in an area with private villas with pools, an area with village houses, a spacenter (extra charge), large shared pool area and a restaurant/bar area. There is free access to 2 tennis courts and the large shared pool of 600 m2, with small paddling pool and large sun terrace of 700 m2 with sun loungers and parasols. The area is well-known for its many golf courses and the prestigious Terre Blanche Golf Club in Tourettes is only 4 km away.

The villa is in 2 levels and offers: Ground floor: big open kitchen/living room with fireplace and sofa bed for 2 persons, 1 separate toilet. First floor: 2 bedrooms with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 cabin room with bunk beds, 1 bathroom with spa, 1 shower room, and 3 separate toilets. The villa also offers a private swimming pool and garden, furnished terrace with build in barbecue, outdoor shower and toilet, and parking space.
