Maison/Villa Arezzo

A beautiful farmhouse located in a panoramic area in the hills of the Casentino which is just a short distance from Arezzo. Traditional Tuscan rural home restored, always maintaining its original architectural style. The house has antique clay floor tiles and is furnished very comfortably with antique furniture and handmade wrought iron objects.

The villa is located 800 m from a small village where you can find grocery stores, local products, and a bread shop. 2 km away is the town of Santa Mama, where our guests can find a post office, a bank, a gas station, a supermarket, and all types of pizzerias and trattorias. The house is reached by a 150 m long dirt road and outside the house there is room for 3-4 cars.

The villa is divided on two floors:

Ground floor: Large kitchen with all the modern appliances needed. Large Tuscan dining table with 12 chairs, and a large old cupboard which used to be used to make bread and is now used as a sideboard. A small vestibule takes you to a bedroom with a patio door/window out to the garden, a bathroom with a shower and a laundry room. A lovely living room area with sofas, chairs, satellite TV and a fireplace.

First floor: A beautiful iron staircase with wooden steps takes you to the upper part of the living room which also has several comfortable chairs. From the upstairs living room, you can reach the sleeping area of the villa. You will find four bedrooms with bathroom en-suite. To the ground floor on the opposite side of the villa, where you will find a large room, another bedroom with a bathroom.

In the garden, just a few yards from the kitchen, you will find a small annex, of which a small kitchen which can be used for informal meals on the barbecue. The annex is furnished with outdoor furniture and has a covered area so that you can eat outside even in bad weather. From the annex a staircase leads down to the lovely pool area. There are comfortable iron sun beds with cushions, tables, chairs, and umbrellas.
