Villa l ´Ulivo is situated in a unique position overlooking the village, the harbour and the surrounding mountains. At the same time, it is only 62 steps and 100 meters from the village, so it is well located for guests wishing to both enjoy the day with different activities and also the nightlife of Portofino. Villa L´Ulivo is restored and furnished to a very high standard around an olive tree by a very famous Italian architect. It is one of the very few properties available for rent in Portofino and until the summer of 2009 only the owners have used it as a vacation home. A particular feature of this property is the possibility to enjoy the stunning views from many private corners and terraces, several of which are furnished for outdoor sitting. Even from the interior of the villa, through the many windows that provide natural lighting to the rooms, it is possible to view the breathtaking panorama. The housekeeper is a wonderful chef, and she is available to prepare delicious meals for the guests. Villa ”l ´Ulivo“ for 11 persons:The lower floor of the villa contains: 2 single bedrooms, a kitchen corner, 1 bathroom with wc and shower, a big covered loggia furnished with sofas and couches.Ground floor: entrance hall, kitchen, a large sitting room with fireplace and entrance to the terrace equipped for outside eating, bathroom with wc and shower.First floor: 1 master bedroom with a large terrace overlooking the village, the harbour and the hills, 2 double bedroom, 2 bedrooms with single beds, 1 bathroom with wc and bath, 1 bathroom with wc and shower.Maid service is included 3 hours a day, 3 days a week. Cooking service is included for 3 dinners and 3 lunches per week.
