This property is in the charming little village of Trsteno 15km from the Dubrovnik; it is an unspoilt place with one of the oldest Botanical gardens and arboretum in Europe and a just few houses and villas. This house offers you a lovely ambience overlooking crystal blue waters in a much sought-after location for the wealthy and well-known. You are only 70m from the sea; a paved path leads you down to the seashore-at the bottom is a jetty by a rocky beach from which you can swim.

Villa Pepe offers you total comfort and indeed a touch of class; it has wonderful sea views and looks out across the Elafitski Islands of Sipan, Lopud and Kolocep. Just 500m from the house is a shop, some bars and the restaurant "Canossa". Dubrovnik is just down the road and so close that you can really enjoy all its history, architecture, entertainment, bars and restaurants.

DETAILS OF ACCOMMODATION

This modern house is extremely well furnished and decorated in a special location. Parking is 70m below on the sea-shore from which you have a foothpath to the house. The property is on three levels. You enter from the garden into the well furnished living/dining room with sofa, two armchairs, satellite TV, DVD and CD plus dining table and chairs; adjacent is the fully equipped kitchen with cooker, microwave, fridge and a dishwasher. On the same floor is a shower room/WC with a massage shower.

Outdoor steps from the garden lead you up to the second floor which has two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom - all have a sea view and satellite TV, and two have a balcony. Also on this floor are two bathroom/WCs (one with jacuzzi) and a shower room/WC. The house and bedrooms have air-conditioning.

In the garden is a 7m x 4m swimming pool with sea views, an outside shower plus a barbecue. The discreet and friendly owner lives on the first floor, but has her own separate entrance and does not use the pool.

Getting there: Sunday arrival at Dubrovnik. Drive 45 minutes.
