Provence Côte d'Azur
Provence is a region situated in the sunny south-eastern corner of France. The real Provence stretches from the perfume-city of Grasse to the east all the way to the Rhône valley to the west, and from the high Alps to the north, to the Mediterranean to the south. Even though it is not geographically correct, the French Riviera is today also considered a part of Provence. The region contains the following departments: Bouches-du-Rhône, Vaucluse, Var, Alpes-de-Haute-Provence as well as Alpes-Maritimes. Furthermore, we have decided to include the departments of Drôme and Ardèche in the region of Provence-Côte d´Azur, as many of our holiday homes are situated near the natural border of Provence-Côte d´Azur. Liguria

Marche er en af Italiens mere ukendte regioner, som endnu ikke for alvor har udfoldet sig som turistdestination blandt skandinaverne. Men skønt regionen altid vil stå i skyggen af Toscana og Umbrien, så kan man opleve en varierende kyststrækning mod Adriaterhavet med hvide sandstrande og højtravende klipper, storslået natur samt utallige historiske seværdigheder. Beautiful villa with Sea view and private pool situated in a quiet residential area in Les Issambres. The villa is situated on a hillside and has a 180° panoramic view over the Mediterranean. Walking distance to the Sea, shops and restaurants. The area offers a fine selection of good beaches, both private and public. The Golf Course in Ste Maxime is only 10 min. drive away. In San Peïre (town center of Les Issambres) there is a cosy harbour with a ferry connection to St. Tropez (in the summer period) and a weekly market.
The villa is South-oriented and situated on a sloping plot of 1500 m2 with closed parking, sun terraces and a nice pool area with fantastic views.
The villa is in 2 levels. The lower level consists of scullery, bathroom with shower and toilet, bedroom with double bed and small living room with possibility for 2 extra beds. Both rooms have direct access to the terrace and pool. The upper floor consists of: living room dining room/kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet and bedroom with double bed.
