The house is beautifully furnished from local artisans.The villa is ideally placed for visiting the Southern part of Tuscany, Siena, Arezzo, Perugia, Montepulciano or day trips to Florence, Rome, San Gimignano, Assisi, Montalcino. Cortona our nearest hilltown famous as an Etruscan settlement and for the 'Under The Tuscan Sun' summer music festival.

One of the bedrooms has a balcony with splendid southerly views. The excellent views looking west and south across the Val di Chiana from the garden can be enjoyed under the pergola from the large teak table which seats 8.

The house has internal shutters and mosquito nets to all windows. Outside there is a wide terrace to three sides, landscaped grassed areas around the house. A path leads to the beautiful pool, orchard and olive grove.
