Pool villa in Draguignan

The property is situated 5 km from the centre of Draguignan which is a very nice and exiting town with a population of 30.000 inhabitants. There is a Provencal market every morning, big supermarkets nearby and lots of possibilities for excursions and activities in the area. Tennis 5 min away. Mediterranean, St. Tropez, St. Maxim 30-35 km. 1 hour drive to the beautiful sights Lac de St. Croix and Gorges du Verdon (the French Gran Canyon).

The Bastide (big country house) was built of stone in 1813. It has gone through a total restoration in 2003/2004. The bastide is situated on the top of a hill with a magnificent view to Massif de Maures to the South. The ground is of 17 hectares with lots of olives and fruit trees. There is a South oriented terrace of 200 m2 whereas 40 m2 is covered and a terrace of 150 m2 to the North. Big pool of 16 x 7 m. The bastide is beautifully decorated in the typically Provencal way.

The bastide consists of 650 m2 in three floors. The lower floor contains a kitchen of 65 m2 with all facilities. From the kitchen there is an exit to the covered terrace to the South. Next to the kitchen you will find a dining room of 70 m2 with an exit to the big terrace. Separate toilet.

On the ground floor there is a hall with toilet, living room of 60 m2. Next to the living room there is an office with telephone, Sat. TV, DVD and stereo. There is another kitchen of 25 m2 with all facilities. 3 bedrooms all of them with two single beds (90 x 200). There is a bathroom with toilet in connection with each bedroom – one with a tub and two with shower.

First floor contains 7 bedrooms each one with two single beds (90 x 200). Each bedroom has its own bath room with toilet, 2 of them with tub and 5 with shower.

All reservations have to be confirmed with the owner. We can therefore not confirm the booking before having a confirmation from the owner – at the latest 24 hours after the reservation. Linen and towels (is changed every week) are included in the rental amount. 10 hours cleaning per week is included. Consumption of electricity and use of telephone is settled with the owner at departure.
