House Souillac Country Club

The house is located in the south-west France between the Mediterranean and the Atlantic, 1 ½ hours north of Toulouse and 4 hours south of Paris. The area Perigord, also called the French pantry, is known for its soft hills, lots of castles, ruins, foie gras, chestnuts, truffles, good weather and Medieval villages. The house is located in one of 6 small groups of 6-8 houses scattered throughout Souillac Country Club area. The houses are gently integrated into the hills of the Golf course. For each cluster of houses, there is a common pool. The pool area is equipped with sun beds, umbrellas and paddling pool. The whole area is very peaceful, even in the high season. There are 500 m to the clubhouse where there is playroom, bar, restaurant, large terrace and a nice international atmosphere. There is also table tennis and tennis courts and a large pool area. For golfers there is a covered driving range, putting field and proshop. Golf cars can also be rented by other than golfers. The house, which is 2 level, is from 2004 and built in Canadian pine. The entrance is on 1. floor, since the house is situated on a hill side. 1. floor contains: entrance, bathroom, living room and open kitchen /dining room. From the living room there is exit to a south-oriented balcony with dining area for 6 persons and deckchairs. The balcony has a wonderful view over the valley and the pool area. From the entrance you go down the stairs to the ground-floor which contains: Master bedroom with a double bed and bathroom with massage shower. In addition, there are 2 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds which share a large bathroom with bathtub. From the master bedroom and one of the other rooms there is exit to the garden and terrace under the balcony. The house is furnished with furniture in solid oak in a very warm and charming style. In the house there is free access to the Internet.
