Provence Côte d'Azur
Provence is a region situated in the sunny south-eastern corner of France. The real Provence stretches from the perfume-city of Grasse to the east all the way to the Rhône valley to the west, and from the high Alps to the north, to the Mediterranean to the south. Even though it is not geographically correct, the French Riviera is today also considered a part of Provence. The region contains the following departments: Bouches-du-Rhône, Vaucluse, Var, Alpes-de-Haute-Provence as well as Alpes-Maritimes. Furthermore, we have decided to include the departments of Drôme and Ardèche in the region of Provence-Côte d´Azur, as many of our holiday homes are situated near the natural border of Provence-Côte d´Azur. Liguria

Located in a quit residential area below Eze Village and between Nice and Monte Carlo. The villa is situated in the hills above the sea, facing south with a 180 panoramic view of the Mediterranean and the surrounding costal cliffs. There is a one-way street that leads from the beach to the property. Large private ground with tropical vegetation and fragrant orange- and pine trees.
This magnificent single-storey villa was constructed in 1955, but was completely renovated in 2005. The south-facing terraces overlooks the Mediterranean and the mountains. The property is fenced and very private. Security camera and microphone at the gate.
The villa is furnished and decorated in Provencal style with tile floors and exposed beam ceilings. The villa contains: large living room of 60 m2 that opens into the large private terrace overlooking the Sea. The living room has a well-equipped open kitchen and a dining area. Three spacious double bedrooms with comfortable beds. All bedrooms has its own bathroom, which makes this accommodation perfect for three couples. Additional bed and baby bed can be provided upon request. All rooms have air-conditioning.
Extra services as private diner with French Chef, maid service, linen change and baby sitting can be arranged upon request.
