Charming Provencal holiday house for up to 9 persons situated in the outskirts of Grasse. 3 km from the expressway to Cannes. The holiday house has view to the surrounding hills and has a large beautiful garden with many trees, large terraces and salt water pool of 10 x 3,5 m. Free access to a tennis court only 100 m from the house.

The holiday house consists of an old part and a newly built part. The old part of the house contains: ground-floor with living room/dining room with sofa bed, piano and access to the terrace. 1 kitchen with access to the terrace and a laundry room. The 1st floor has: 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90 cm), 1 bedroom with 1 baby bed, 2 bunk beds and small playing room with different toys and children games.
The new part of the house is in 3 floors and contains: ground-floor with living room with sofas, TV and window doors, library with several books and DVDs, bathroom with shower and toilet. The 1st floor contains: bedroom with double bed (140 cm), bedroom with 1 single bed (120 cm), bedroom with 1 single bed (90 cm) and 1 bathroom with bathtub and toilet. The 2nd floor contains: bedroom with 1 double bed (140 cm) and access to roof terrace with 2 deck chairs and beautiful views.
