Lying at the foot of the hill of the Massif de l'Estérel and the Tanneron, between fine sandy beaches and wild mountains, Mandelieu is a town celebrated for its mimosas. Mandelieu is a seaside resort with the largest marina in the Alpes Maritimes region (6 ports).

"Les Rives de Cannes Mandelieu" is made up of 9 1-2 storey buildings, located in a green and leafy setting on a 5-hectare estate. Its South of France-style architecture (tile roofs, colourful shutters, arcades, "génoises", etc) blends in harmoniously with the natural setting.The residence includes many sports and leisure facilities. It is 1 km from small shops and 3 km from supermarkets.
